StitchBeaks are blind box collectibles, all sales are final once opened. Refunds or exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products upon arrival.
 

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for unopened products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
 

2. Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@stitchbeak.com within 7 days of receipt. Proof of damage may be required.
 

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
